Appointed by the Executive Chairperson, with approval of Stark LP Executive Committee

The Finance Director coordinates the day to day operations of the Finance Division. The Finance Director will manage teams that are focused on fundraising, assisting with budget, donation outreach and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered voter of Ohio
• Member or supporter of the LPO (if not currently a member, must become so at earliest opportunity)
• Member of the national LP
• Background in politics and finance
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Assertive team builder and member
• Able to assist in tactical planning to achieve short and long term goals
• Reliable and frequent Internet access
• Cell phone

Additional Qualifications:

• Degree in political science, finance, or communcations
• Background in project or program management
• Previous experience with helping to build an organization 
• Previous experience with sales, promotions, and marketing
• Previous experience with a political campaign
• Previous experience as an elected public official

This is a volunteer position with the Stark County Libertarian Party.
